Contractor Hero (demo)
In this demo you play a Contractor in an urgency to meet his goal, collect the items, try not to hit obstacles and end the stage with the minimum amount of time.

This project is part of my journey into gamedev, I am just learning Godot with friends in São Carlos, SP Brazil, drinking coffee 2 times a week and having a blast.
This demo is the result of 2 months worth of learning and working, if you enjoy it and want to see more stages, please leave a rating. For the time being, I consider this a 1.0 and there are no planned major updates to it. If you feel that this has potential and that I should invest more into making it a full game, let me know in the comments if you can support me with that effort.

- Sep 28th: Improved hit-without-stop logic in preparation for stage 2 with obstacles
- Sep 26th: Finished replacing all Argula font instances with two other stencil fonts with embedding rights: Stardos Stencil and Capture It
- Sep 25th: Temporarily change title fonts to Big Shoulders Stencil while figuring out how to license Argula for embed
- Sep 24th: Credits are now markdown and can be viewed from pause menu too, web version wont display a quit button on pause menu

- Sept 17th: main goal is now visible and unlocks once the player finishes collecting items
- Sept 16th (afternoon): visual and audio feedbacks for collecting an item, also, footsteps sfx
- Sept 16th: map stickers corresponds to world collectibles, collecting them change to checkmark
- Sept 15th: dirt floor, better sky/sun, collectibles from stage 1, map placeholder stickers
- Sept 12th: lots of assets examples as collectibles
- Sept 11: Stumble, fall, and trenches
- Sept 7th: A dev debug "map on floor" feature for testing the scale and serving as a reference for level design later
- Sept 6th: Map now has a ground floor background and test stickers (art direction)
- Sept 4th: 3 different layouts for touch control buttons: left, right and both hands
- Sept 3rd: Walk trail on map!!
- Sept 2nd: new player visuals component to control animations, plus demo
